Returns and Refunds
How do I return something?

What is your exchange policy?
We offer exchanges or store credit on retail items that are unworn and in the same condition received for up to 30 days after purchase.*
What is your exchange policy for discounted and free items?
You can return the item that you obtained at a discounted price for store credit. Store credit will equate to the value you paid for the discounted item. Free items will not be included in the store credit.
You can exchange the item that you obtained at a discounted price or for free only if you exchange with the same product type and same value.

How long will my order take? I want it yesterday.
Our shipping takes between 7-14 business days. As we print on demand it can take between 2 and 4 days to make your design and then it is posted.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
We are an online store only so unfortunately not.

How do I find my size?
We have a sizing chart here.
Are your sizing charts 100% accurate?
There may always be a variance in any garment by around 1cm. Accurate to approx 1cm
How do I wash my threads?
Care instructions are in all packages and on the back panel of all garments. But in general all are cold wash, don’t tumble dry, hang on the line, don’t soak and don’t iron on the transfers.
Where are your clothes manufactured?
We source all our products in Australia
How often do you release new designs? I’ve made a commitment to buy every tee that you make.

Can I get a design on a different coloured product?
We will always consider any requests
Do you sell gift cards?
